Employees can review and sign labor contracts electronically from anywhere - no printing, scanning, or in-person signatures required. Every e-signature is time-stamped and logged with a full audit trail, in line with Vietnam's Labor Code 2019 and Law on Electronic Transactions 2023, which grant electronic contracts the same legal validity as paper ones. Cadena has also integrated with Vietnam's National Electronic Labor Contract Platform (NELCP) for the direct submission to the government.

Cadena performs Quarterly vulnerability scanning (DAST) by Veracode and has embedded static application security testing (SAST) within the Software Development Life Cycle.

Cadena native login with configurable password complexity rules. SSO with Local Active Directory (via ADFS), Office365, Okta and Google. Multifactor authentication via Microsoft and Google Authenticator or email. Role-based access control with permission settings on functionality and reports, company or organizational unit, employee classifications, and action.

Cadena encrypts all sensitive data via the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm with a key size of 256 bits (for encryption at rest). Data in transit is encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2).

All user actions are recorded in Cadena’s Audit Trail function; including data changes, user logins, and unsuccessful login attempts. Audit reports can not be deleted or tempered with.

    Automatically compute overtime based on the employees' working schedule and actual working hours. Cadena offers a flexible overtime configuration, allowing for multiple overtime periods and corresponding pay rates to be set within a single day. This means you can easily define different pay scales for, say, an employee working from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and a separate, higher rate for a shift extending past 8:00 PM.

Attendance Validation

    Integrate Cadena with devices featuring biometric recognition, proximity cards or pin entry. The data can be retrieved by a set schedule or in near-real-time.
