Your company’s E-Cadena web page provides an Employee Self Service tool containing E-Leave, E-Overtime, E-Pay Slip, E-Profile and E-Training services. E- Leave Key Features

  • Permitted edits of personal information are processed in the core system of Cadena HRM Series
  • Manager can view the information of their sub-employees

E-Overtime Key Features

  • A web-based system for handling all types of overtime: normal overtime, night overtime, weekend overtime, holiday overtime
  • Confirmed overtime requests are updated in the application database. Overtime data will flow real time into payroll
  • Allows staff to apply for overtime online and to view overtime accumulation without contacting the HR department
  • Allows managers and supervisors to approve or reject employees overtime requests online

  • Employee can apply for  courses, and applications will be updated in the training function of the HR core application for review and approval
  • System to auto display the suitable course per each employee when there is any course organized. The auto display will be based on matching between the required skills of employee and the skills to be trained in the courses
  • Employee can see the training results online after completion of courses. This information is entered by the HR team in the training function of the HR core application
