Employee and time attendance data of multiple locations can be processed centrally in your head office after being received through web interfaces in real time from all your restaurant, coffee shop or retail outlets. Time attendance, recruitment, leave and staffing management can be operated by your outlet managers through their Cadena Employee Management Service (EMS) web pages. Employees can interact with the central system using their Cadena Employee Self Service (ESS) web pages to request leave, overtime or view their pay slip and profile.

- E-Roster for outlet managers, area managers or HR officers to assign detailed planned working shifts of their employee just by accessing a web browser. Flexibility to easily change Time In and Time Out from planned working hours following real business operation and staff management. On this E-Roster, managers can also manage leave request, weekend days or job codes
- E-Cost of Labor will support the manager of each outlet, area manager or operational manager to quickly view the daily, weekly or monthly labor costs. From available labor costs reports managers can make necessary resource planning decisions
- E-Resources will support outlet managers to transfer staff between outlets based on needed staff capacity. Area managers can transfer outlet managers between outlets. Flexible approval procedure per staff level or transfer type such as temporarily or permanent.
During the transferring managers can constantly see the real labor costs and resources per each outlet supporting management decisions
